The service

Callbassador LLC provides an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls and texts for your business. It answers incoming calls only and does not place outbound sales calls.

Plans, trials and billing

Plans are billed monthly. The 14-day free trial requires a card, and you're charged when it ends unless you cancel first. There are no long-term contracts, and you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Founding pricing is locked for 12 months from the start date.

Referral Program

If you refer a contractor who becomes a paying Callbassador customer, you earn a credit equal to one month of your current plan. The referred contractor receives 50% off their first month. The credit is applied after the referred customer's first paid month, and only one credit is given per new paying customer. Referral credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and apply only to future Callbassador charges. Self-referrals and referrals of existing customers do not qualify. We may change or end the program at any time; credits already earned will still be honored.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the business information you give us is accurate, that you will comply with recording, telemarketing and messaging laws that apply to your business, and that you review bookings and summaries.

AI limitations

Callbassador uses artificial intelligence. It may occasionally misunderstand callers, mishear details, give incomplete answers, or book or route a call incorrectly. Please review call summaries and bookings. Callbassador is not an emergency service and does not replace 911.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any number of calls answered, appointments booked, jobs won, leads or revenue. We aim for around-the-clock answering, but the service relies on third-party phone, internet and AI providers and may be interrupted, delayed or unavailable at times. It is provided “as is” and “as available,” without uptime or performance guarantees, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Callbassador LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost business or missed calls, and its total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
