What we collect

Information you send us (name, business, phone, email, website). For customers, we also collect call audio, transcripts and call details processed on your behalf to answer and summarize calls.

How we use it

To provide demos and the service, send call summaries, provide support, bill you, and improve quality. We do not sell personal information.

Call recording

Calls begin with a notice that they may be recorded. Recordings and transcripts are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, unless the law requires otherwise.

Text messages

We text only people who opted in or contacted us. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

We use vendors for voice, telephony, messaging, payments and hosting, and they process data only to provide those services.

Your choices

Email us to access, correct or delete your information.
